REACHING OUT FOR COMMUNITY SERVICE (ROCS)
In addition to monetary contributions, local organizations depend on contributions of volunteer time in order to succeed. Recognizing this need, SIA developed a special program designed to encourage SIA Associates to volunteer their time to their communities. SIA ROCS (Reaching Out for Community Service) connects SIA Associates with area non-profits who are in need of volunteers. The SIA ROCS program also provides incentives and recognition to help encourage our entire workforce. to participate.

You can post your volunteer opportunities on SIA's ROCS Volunteer Portal for free. Our Associates can browse the list of volunteer opportunities to find the one that fits best. They can also sign up their friends and family to help volunteer, too!
MATCHING GIFTS
The SIA Foundation, Inc. rewards SIA Associates for thier volunteer work by matching volunteer hours with a matching monetary donation to the qualifying Indiana-based non-profit organization of the Associate's choice (up to $100 per Associate per year).
SIA Associates, become a ROCS member and take your charitable giving even further. The SIA Foundation will match your volunteer hours with a monetary donation ($1 per every volunteer hour) to the qualifying Indiana-based non-profit organization of your choice (up to $100 per Associate per year).
Check out the new ROCS website to sign up and get access to your own personal volunteer dashboard. You can seach for local volunteer opportunties, track your volunteer hours and submit matching gifts, all from the convenience of your computer, smart phone or other mobile device.
